Salsa Showdown: Salsa-Making Contest

Hot? Mild? Inferno? Do you have the best salsa in the West? (Michigan, that is!) Then bring it on! During the third annual Salsa Showdown, contestants will be challenged to create their best using fresh products from the Farmers Market…and a few secret ingredients of their own. Everyone is invited to compete in the Showdown, from amateur cooks to professional chefs.

For just a few bucks, you can taste all of the salsas in the competition (with unlimited chips of course) from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm and vote for your favorite in the People’s Choice contest. Don’t miss this opportunity for mouth-watering salsa tasting, exciting cash prizes, and lots of fiery fun!
