Healthy Holland

The Healthy Holland event will kick-off at 8:00 am with a bike ride organized by the Macatawa Area Coordinating Council as part of their Green Commute week.
Beginning at 8:30 am, organizations will be providing information at booths about healthy activities for families and individuals, including dance classes, fitness classes, and running, walking, and biking events. Local merchants will also be providing information on how to’s such as: repairing your bike, picking a running shoe, canoeing down the Black River, fixing healthy foods from the Farmers Market, and much, much more…
On stage events will begin at 9:00 am, with yoga, zumba, swing dancing, and kick-boxing demonstrations throughout the day. The Healthy Holland event will also feature a bike rodeo for kids and various hands-on games and activities for families to do together.
