97 LAV-FM hosts Tulipalooza’s concert event starring The Thirsty Perch Blues Band with special guest Vincent Hayes Project and Flashback. Tulipalooza is a 3-day outdoor concert series featuring national and local artists as part of the annual Tulip Time Festival. Tulipalooza is held May 6-8. Doors open at 6:00 pm.
