Hurricane Hearts + Jes Karper

Hurricane Hearts is the project of Hope student and multi-instrumentalist Joseph Barker. He has been regularly playing at Butch’s, Lemonjello’s, and Hope College for the past 2 years and has a growing fanbase. His unique take on indie pop infused with influences he picked up while in Spain is intricate and well-crafted. Jes Karper has spent the past 6 years in Belize and is influenced by folk music of the world. He is currently traveling the US and is passing through West Michigan to share a bit of his music and story with us. Come out for a FREE night of music from 8-10pm.
