Farmers Market Chef Series: Delicious Italian Dishes

Your Memorial Day weekend will be truly memorable when Via Maria Chefs Doug Veele and Adam Hilton teach you how to create a trio of Italian-inspired courses. Learn how to make Asparagus Bruschetta, Mixed Green Salad with Gorgonzola Vinaigrette, and Pan-Seared Ahi Tuna with Herb Risotto, all using fresh market ingredients.
