Farmers Market Chef Series: Big City Cuisine

Please note earlier demonstration time! One of the newest chefs to the Holland scene, City Vu Bistro Chef Neil Overholt, will demonstrate creative ways to use the best of the summer bounty in your cuisine. Learn how to prepare a Fresh Roasted Corn and Cucumber salad, paired with Crab Cakes, and a Pickled Fennel and Watercress Salad with Ahi Tuna.
