Farmers Market Chef Series: Fresh Summer Fare

Scott Konchek, Director of Dining Services for Freedom Village, will demonstrate how to use fresh produce and herbs from the Farmer’s Market to create a variety of exceptional salads, including an Asian-Inspired Coleslaw and a Creole Fried Shrimp Salad. Perfect for the summer season!
