Farmers Market Chef Series: “I’m Stuffed”

The dynamic duo from Alpenrose Restaurant, Café, and Banquets, Chef Helmut Klett and General Manager Frank Scimeca, will show you how to prepare and stuff market fresh vegetables like eggplant, artichokes, and sweet peppers with rice and bread fillings. You’ve never tasted anything like these stuffed veggies before!
