Hot? Mild? Inferno? Do you have the best salsa in the West? (Michigan, that is!) Then bring it on! During the Salsa Showdown, contestants will be challenged to recreate their best salsa recipe using fresh ingredients from the Farmers Market. Everyone is invited to compete in the Showdown, from amateur salsa makers to professional chefs. Don’t miss this opportunity for mouth-watering salsa tasting, exciting cash prizes, and lots of fiery fun!
