Summer Safari Clinic - Yoga for Runners

Meets at Shores Acres parking lot, next to Felt Mansion. This is an experiential clinic that will take you on one of your Saturday morning runs, through the beautiful dunes of Shores Acres and will end with a yoga stretch that will allow you to actually perform the asanas and get a feel for the practice of Yoga and how it will benefit you after a run. Led by Satya Yoga Center.
