Summer Safari Clinic - Pool Running

Thursday, July 31, 2008, 6:30 - 7:30 PM

Meets at Holland Aquatic Center. July is a perfect month to jump in the pool and explore the benefits of pool running. In collaboration with Holland Aquatic Center, this is an experiential class that gives you first hand experience on the benefits of pool running. Bring your suit and head to the pool to discover cross training techniques that helps you maintain fitness during an injury or simply adds a fun and refreshing twist to summer training. Led by David Dekruyter, Holland Christian Cross Country Coach
