Chef Series: Rustic Italian 101

Learn the differences between domestic and imported lamb, and find out how to properly cook lamb on the grill with Chef Ian Ramirez from Creative Dining. It will be served with a side dish of Chevre herbed polenta and local produce and then topped with fig chutney and pine nuts. Then, he’ll show us how to roast eggplant on the grill and how to make risotto. These rustic Italian favorites are a great summer kick off!
