Holistic Nutrition Center and Weight Loss School provides nutritional assessments, counseling, and continuation plans for health maintenance. Through group and individual classes featuring weekly cooking demonstrations, clients make lifestyle adjustments, which lead toward lifetimes of healthy choices.
