Chef: Andy Stewart This menu features the colorful produce that is in abundance during the Autumn harvest. Raw Beet Ravioli: Boursin Crema, Tomato Relish Color Tour Salad Seared Atlantic Salmon with Plum Sauce and Pumpkin Ginger Slaw Selection of Sorbets Cost is $65 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class. You can register online below, or call the store (616-392-1111). Email your questions to denise@fustinis.com. Be sure to notify us of any dietary restrictions in advance. Please check out our tab "What you need to know" before signing up. All class seats are nonrefundable, much like a sporting event or theater ticket. If canceling is necessary and given two days in advance, we will issue you a store credit for product or toward another class. Please note: we require a 6-day advance notice for rescheduling groups larger than four people.
