Chef: Andy Stewart With more fresh water shoreline than any other state, Michigan is becoming known as The 3rd Coast. This class features a delicous fare that can be found along the west coast of the Great Lake State. Grilled Peach Salad: Bacon, Avocado, Fresh Cheese, Green Goddess Dressing Grilled Vegetable Tacos with Corn Salsa, Green Chili Mojo and Chipotle Crema Pan Fried Lke Perch with Lemon Buerre Blanc Blueberry and Rhubarb Gallette Cost is $65 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited.
