The Settler's House is an 1867 example of Holland's early working class housing, a thought-provoking contrast to the Cappon House. The Settler's House is Open seasonally from mid-May-September on Fridays and Saturdays only with guided tours offered every hour. The first tour of the day begins at 11:00 a.m. and the last at 4:00 p.m.
